Hot-Smoked Steelhead Trout
Our hot-smoked steelhead has been cured with brown sugar and smoked at 145 degrees in all natural applewood. It has a super flakey and decadent texture. Each piece weighs 4 oz., has never been previously frozen, and has a shelf-life of 30 days in the refrigerator unopened.
We love to enjoy hot-smoked steelhead in salads, dips, scrambled eggs, or simply as is on a cheese platter. It resembles kippered or baked salmon but much less fishy and less salty. It pairs very well with lemon zest, horseradish, cucumbers and arugula.

Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with 12PM order cutoff time for next-day deliveries. Please select your preferred delivery date on the next page.
