Hot-Smoked Steelhead Trout
Our hot-smoked steelhead has been cured with brown sugar and smoked at 145 degrees in all natural applewood. It has a super flakey and decadent texture. Each piece weighs 4oz., has never been previously frozen, and has a shelf-life of 45 days in the refrigerator unopened.
We love to enjoy hot-smoked steelhead in salads, dips, scrambled eggs, or simply as is on a cheese platter. It resembles kippered or baked salmon but much less fishy and less salty. It pairs very well with lemon zest, horseradish, cucumbers and arugula.
We offer the option to choose a future delivery date in your cart on the next page. Order by noon the day before your chosen date to ensure timely delivery.
