Ingredients
(2) 1 lb skin-on, steelhead fillet
1 tbsp crushed mustard seed
1 tbsp herbed salt
1 tbsp olive oil
4 oz jar Dijon Horseradish sauce
2 cedar planks
4 lemon wedges
Instructions
- Soak cedar planks in warm water for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (~400 degrees F).
- Remove planks from water and place steelhead fillets skin-side down on top - 1 fillet per plank.
- Mix mustard seed and herbed salt. Lightly coat flesh of both fillets.
- Drizzle olive oil on both fillets.
- Place cedar planks directly on grill and cook for 15 minutes.
- Let fillets rest for 10 minutes. Finish with sprinkle of salt. Serve with lemon wedges and our Dijon Horseradish dipping sauce.
